Downloading Files (Software Installation, License, Calibration)

From this page you can download your tester's software installation file, license file or calibration file.

Currently shipping CableEye Software Version 6.2 - Build 1983. The latest software runs on Windows 10 or newer operating system. For a list of key release notes, click here.

1 - Backup Files
Before downloading, we recommend backing up your files, especially your custom ones. To do this, open your CableEye Software and go to "File | Backup Data Files to Zip".

2 - Complete Form
2.2 Contact Information
• Fill out the first four fields with your name, company name, serial number (S/N), zip/postal code.
• If you have an expanded system, enter only the first 6 digits of the serial number, belonging to the control module.
• Enter the ZIP/Postal Code of the end-user location of the tester.

2.3 Select Desired Files
• If installing the software on a new computer, check all the boxes.
• If you are just upgrading the software, or reinstalling on top of an existing CableEye copy, check the Software Download and the License Download boxes.

3 - Support
The serial number and the ZIP/POSTAL code must match the records in our database. If your company moved or if you are uncertain of the ZIP code, please call us at 978-266-2655 or send us an e-mail at [email protected]
If you send us an e-mail, make sure to include your tester's serial number in the subject line. Include your name, company name and full address in your e-mail.
